Will these masks work with my Naraskin Lab EMS device?

Yes. These refills are made for the Naraskin Lab EMS device and snap onto the same magnetic connectors. They don't work with other devices. The device is not included, so if you don't have one yet, you can get the full set here.

How many times can I use one mask?

For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend a fresh mask for each treatment. However, each mask can be reused up to 3 times if you gently rinse it with water after each use and let it air-dry completely.

Can I use my own serum with the mask?

Yes, water-based serums work well. Avoid heavy oils, oil-based products and thick creams during the session, because they can block conductivity. Apply the rest of your routine after.

Can I use a mask more than once a week?

 It's not necessary. We recommend one 10-minute session per week. Consistency matters more than frequency or intensity, so stick to your weekly slot and let the results build.

What are the silver patterns on the mask?

They're real silver plating and they carry the current from the device across the damp mask to your face. That's how one mask covers your whole face at once.

Who should NOT use the device?

Do not use Naraskin Lab if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device.

    UPDATE: in my last review I said I didn't feel much. Customer service told me to use more serum under the mask and press it down around the jaw. Big difference. I feel it now and I'm seeing a bit of change after 5 weeks.

    Honestly I bought this after my sister kept going on about hers. I thought it was a gimmick. After a month I'm eating my words a little bit. The puffiness under my eyes in the morning is definitely less, and the area around my mouth looks a bit firmer. Not a facelift, but I didn't expect one.
